“Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness.” Isaiah 5:20 KJV

My Heart’s Plea for the Lost
This message comes from a deep ache in my heart and mind. When I look at the world today, my spirit grieves. So many people are searching for truth, peace, and connection, but they’re looking in all the wrong places. I see beautiful souls reaching for the light, but instead, they’re being pulled into darkness disguised as “spiritual awakening.”
It breaks my heart because I know what’s really happening: this is the same ancient battle for the human soul that began in the Garden of Eden. The same serpent who whispered, “You shall be as gods,” still whispers that lie today. Only now, he uses different words: “energy,” “vibration,” “higher self,” “divine consciousness.” He convinces people that they can find God without Jesus, that there are many ways to Heaven, and that truth is whatever feels right to them.
But there aren’t many ways to Heaven! There’s only one.
Jesus Himself said, “I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.” John 14:6
I don’t write these words out of judgment or superiority. I write them with tears in my eyes. I ache for those who have been deceived into thinking that enlightenment can come from within, or that substances, meditation, or rituals can open the door to the divine. These experiences may feel powerful or peaceful for a moment, but they can never lead to true freedom. Only Jesus can.
The sad truth is that many who are caught up in these movements will study books about chakras, crystals, and the universe, but will not open the Bible. They search endlessly for “truth”…for their truth, However, the world reaches for light with empty hands because the “true light” will slip through their fingers. They’re desperately searching for peace, purpose, and meaning, yet ignores the very Word that reveals the heart of the Creator and the heartbeat of mercy, the whisper of grace, the truth that gives life. Every page of Scripture shows not only who God is, but how deeply He longs for each of us to turn to Him. Still, so many chase the stars, meditate on hollow promises, and follow voices that only lead deeper into darkness, unaware that the Maker of the stars waits with open arms. How heartbreaking that they cry out for fulfillment while rejecting the very Word that offers it. His Word is full of mercy, full of power, full of the light that can transform their hearts and give them life that endures forever. God’s Word is not a rule book meant to control us, it’s “a love letter“, written to lead us home.
Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path. Psalm 119:105
When people turn away from the Bible, they turn away from the light. They end up following emotions, voices, or visions that feel good, but those same paths lead deeper into confusion and emptiness. I’ve seen it happen. The enemy doesn’t always appear as darkness. Scripture warns that Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. 2 Corinthians 11:14
Every generation faces this same deception, just wrapped in a new disguise. Today, it’s called “higher consciousness,” “manifestation,” and “spiritual alignment.” But at its core, it’s the same old rebellion—the desire to reach God without surrendering to Him.
I understand how appealing that promise may sound. Sadly, the flesh wants peace without repentance, or power without humility. But those things come with a terrible cost. The carnal mind, our human understanding apart from God cannot bring us closer to Him. For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. Romans 8:6
So many people truly believe that “all paths lead to Heaven.” I wish that were true…it would make this burden easier to carry…but it’s not true! My heart aches at the thought of anyone spending eternity separated from God, believing they were following the light when all the while they were walking in darkness toward destruction.
The Light That Never Lies
False light promises self-empowerment: but it only blinds. The only true Light brings humility, forgiveness, and freedom through Jesus Christ.
He alone breaks the darkness, because “He is the Light of the world”.
John 8:12 “Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.”
When people say, “There’s more than one way to God,” my heart trembles for them. Because the Bible says there is only one way, and that way is filled with mercy, not pride.
It’s the way of the cross.

John 14:6 “Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.”
Mercy Still Shines Through the Darkness
But even now, there is hope. God’s mercy is still reaching. His love is still calling. The door is still open for anyone who will turn to Him. The Lord is merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and plenteous in mercy. Psalm 103:8
The world says there are many doors. Jesus says, “I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved.” John 10:9
Every other door leads to confusion, heartache, or bondage. But through Jesus, there is real freedom. Freedom from sin, fear, guilt, and the endless striving to find meaning in man-made spirituality.
And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free. John 8:32
True awakening doesn’t come from a ceremony, a substance, or a chant. It comes when the human heart humbles itself before the Savior and is born again by His Spirit. That’s not an experience, it’s a transformation.
I want every person who feels drawn to “spiritual awakening” to know this: God isn’t hiding from you. He loves you. He is merciful and patient, longing for you to turn toward Him. He wants you to know Him and not through altered states or mystical energies, but through His Son, Jesus Christ. The same Jesus who died to save you, and who still whispers through the noise of this world, “Come unto me.”
For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. John 3:17
This isn’t about religion. It’s about a relationship. About coming home. About finding a peace that doesn’t vanish when the music stops or the ceremony ends. It’s the kind of peace that fills the quiet spaces in your heart and reminds you that even when life feels heavy or confusing, you are never alone. The Bible isn’t just an old book of rules or distant stories; it’s an open door to meet Someone who has known you from the very beginning, even before you were born, and loves you completely. Open it today, even just a few pages, and you will discover words that speak straight to your heart, offering comfort, hope, and a love that will transform your life right now.
The battle between light and darkness still rages all around us, but Jesus has already won. His mercy flows without end, His love reaches every heart, and His truth stands firm through every storm. Because of that victory, hope is not just possible—it is certain. There is only one way to Heaven, only one truth that never changes, and only one door that leads to eternal life, and His name is Jesus – Yeshua (Hebrew translated – Salvation).
Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved. Acts 4:12
My heart’s plea is simple: don’t settle for the counterfeit. Don’t let the enemy deceive you with a counterfeit light. Come to Jesus—the true Light of the world and let Him awaken your heart for eternity.
A Prayer for the Deceived and the Seeking
Heavenly Father,
My heart breaks for those who are wandering in the darkness, searching for truth but finding only shadows. Lord, in Your great mercy, open their eyes to see the light of Your Son. Tear down every lie that blinds them, every deception that promises freedom but brings chains.
Jesus, draw them by Your love. Let them feel Your presence reaching for them. Soften the hearts that have grown hard, and remind them that it’s never too late to come home. You are merciful and full of compassion, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance.
Forgive us for the times we’ve failed to share Your truth boldly. Use us as Your hands and Your voice in a world desperate for real hope.
I pray that every soul lost in counterfeit light will find the true Light: You, Lord Jesus. May Your mercy rescue them, may Your truth free them, and may Your love make them new.
In Your Son Jesus’ Holy name I pray,
Amen.
